Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about collecting your handcrafted pieces in person, direct local drop-offs, and parcel preparation.

How are the products packaged for transit?

Every handcrafted piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during transit or local collection, ensuring your paddle boards, chip and dips, and soaps arrive in pristine condition.

Are items packaged suitably for gifting?

All items receive protective wrapping suited for fragile resin and oiled woodwork. Our artisan melt-and-pour soaps also include a complimentary loofah bag, making them ready to delight as a gift.

Can I arrange a custom piece for local pick-up?

Absolutely. You can request tailored colours or specific timber finishes through our custom orders page, and we will happily organise local pick-up in Marks Point or local delivery once completed.
